Job Responsibilities:
. Assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions
. Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication
. Keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines
. Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling
. Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection
. Prepare quotations to customers and reply to enquiries
. Support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress
. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
. Basic vehicle knowledge is preferable but not mandatory training will be provided
. Friendly, proactive team player with a willingness to learn
. Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and service excellence
