The Customer Service and Administrative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing requests for quotations (RFQs), and managing order processing for customers across the Southeast Asia region. This role also includes ordering relevant materials from headquarters in Germany to ensure smooth operations. As well as some Finance and office related Administrative matters.
Job Description:
- Handle customer RFQs, quotations, and order processing for customers in Southeast Asia.
- Place orders for necessary materials with headquarters in Germany and track shipments.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries and resolve order-related issues.
- Maintain accurate customer records, pricing, and order status
- Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order updates, inquiries, and after-sales support.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and to support business growth.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability for customer orders when needed.
- Collaborate with the Finance department to manage invoicing and payment processing.
- Assist in improving internal customer service processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Job relevant skils:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.At least 3 years of experience in customer service, order management, or sales support.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and order processing workflows.
- Good understanding of international trade terms and processes, including import/export regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Mandarin.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in electronics, manufacturing, or technical industries is advantageous.
- Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets and customers.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a regional and global team.
Education Requirement:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
