Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and improve customer service processes,workflows, and KPI performance across APAC aerospace operations
  • Lead and develop customer support teams throughtraining, coaching, workforce planning, and performance management
  • Oversee end-to-end customer order management,ensuring timely delivery and coordination across the supply chain
  • Support business growth, customer satisfaction,and profitability through collaboration with sales, engineering, and supportteams
  • Prepare operational reports, drive continuousimprovement initiatives, and ensure compliance with SOPs and quality systems

Job Requirements

  • Min degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer service operations with leadership experience
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes, customer service operations, ERP systems (e.g. JDE, SAP), and basic sales and marketing practices
  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills familiarity with aerospace products, AS9100 standards, and technical drawings is an advantage
