Position: Customer & Sales Coordinator

Working days: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Location: TRADEHUB 21

Salary: $2800 +-

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotel clients across Singapore.
Drive sales and promote the company's range of hotel amenities and products.
Understand clients requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
Follow up with existing clients on orders, enquiries and product requirements.
Coordinate sales activities and ensure smooth order fulfilment.
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, quotations and other sales-related documents.
Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
Spend approximately 50% of the time on indoor/office-based work and 50% on outdoor/client-facing activities.
Work towards achieving sales targets and supporting overall business growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent, with 1-3 years of Administrative, customer service, sales experience
Previous sales experience is preferred.
Experience in the hospitality industry or product supply will be an added advantage.
Comfortable with both office-based administrative work and outdoor/client-facing activities.
Knowledge of Sales force or SAP is an added advantage.
