THE ROLE
As a Customer Relationship Officer, you will be the primary point of contact for Greetsquare's key client groups (www.greetsquare.com). Your mission is to ensure every user has a seamless, positive experience on our platform, from onboarding to ongoing support. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support & Servicing
- Attend to inbound queries from employers, recruiters, and job seekers via email, chat, phone, or helpdesk ticketing system
- Provide timely, accurate, and helpful responses to questions about platform features, account setup, job postings, and application processes
- Guide new users through onboarding and ensure they are set up for success on the portal
- Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating to the relevant team when necessary
- Follow up on open cases to ensure complete resolution and client satisfaction
Client Relationship
- Maintain strong working relationships with employer and recruiter accounts
- Gather feedback from employers and recruiters on platform usability and relay insights to the product and sales teams
- Support renewal conversations by ensuring clients experience consistent value
- Assist in navigating the platform, creating profiles, and applying for roles
- Address concerns related to job listings, application status, and account management
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and case resolutions in the CRM system
- Identify patterns in recurring issues and recommend process or platform improvements
REQUIREMENTS
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account support (experience in HR tech, or digital platforms is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
