About The Role

As a CRM Intern, you will be working closely with the CRM and Operations team on day-to-day work and real-life projects.

What You Will Do

  • The intern will assist with data updates - product information updates to Microsoft Teams and Product Master file, sharing the NPI data information to all distributors and to our ANZ team
  • Assist the CRM department with documentations
  • Assist in the full outbound process
  • Intern will be assigned to one or two customers (the system we use is SAP)

What You Need To Be Successful

  • Strong communication skills
  • Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Basic or intermediate Power point and excel

Bonus Points if You Have

  • 2nd year or Final year student in a relevant Polytechnic course
