About The Role
As a CRM Intern, you will be working closely with the CRM and Operations team on day-to-day work and real-life projects.
What You Will Do
- The intern will assist with data updates - product information updates to Microsoft Teams and Product Master file, sharing the NPI data information to all distributors and to our ANZ team
- Assist the CRM department with documentations
- Assist in the full outbound process
- Intern will be assigned to one or two customers (the system we use is SAP)
What You Need To Be Successful
- Strong communication skills
- Enjoy working in fast paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic or intermediate Power point and excel
Bonus Points if You Have
- 2nd year or Final year student in a relevant Polytechnic course
