We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our security agency as a Customer Relations Officer.
Responsibilities:
. Handle customer inquiries and feedback via phone and email
. Coordinate between clients and operations team for deployment updates
. Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, and contracts
. Maintain proper records of client communication and documentation
. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and service standards
. Support basic admin tasks and ad hoc duties
Requirements:
. At least 2 year of customer service or coordination experience
. Good communication and interpersonal skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office
. Able to multitask and work independently
