Lead Customer Relations Officer (HDB Project)
We are an established construction firm looking for a Lead Customer Relations Officer (CRO) to managepublic relations for our ongoing HDB site. The candidate must be hands-on,firm, and capable of handling residents and authorities professionally.
Responsibilities:
- Handle Complaints: Resolve all conflicts, feedback, and complaints from residents and shop tenants regarding the project.
- Meeting Representative: Attend dialogue sessions and meetings with the Client, RC, CCC, Town Council, and other government bodies.
- Ground Engagement: Conduct regular house-to-house visits to residents affected by the works. Update them on work schedules and any potential impact (noise, dust, etc.).
- Reporting: Keep proper records of all feedback and report to the Project Manager/Board.
- Ad-hoc: Any other public relations duties assigned by the management.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma (any field).
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in similar experience
- Industry: Experience in HDB projects (HIP, BTO, or Lift Upgrading) is a major advantage.
- Skills: Must be able to communicate well with residents and handle difficult situations on-site.
- Entry-Level: Candidates with no experience but have at least GCE O Level may be considered for the APRO (Assistant Public Relations Officer) role.
