Role Summary
As a Customer Relations Executive, you will be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring prompt responses, smooth appointment coordination, and excellent customer experience while supporting businessdevelopment and departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound enquiries (calls/messages) and provide professional responses.
- Coordinate appointments and schedules with clients and the sales team
- Ensure accurate data entry, integrity, and confidentiality
- Support lead engagement and proactive outreach to generate opportunities
- Assist HOD in meeting sales targets and performance goals
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements
- Fresh graduates welcome training provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ administration tools
- Customer service or sales experience is a plus
Working Hours
- 5-day work week (1 weekday off, 1weekend off)
