  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service quality.
  • Provide product or service information to customers and assist with general inquiries.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issues have been resolved and expectations are met.
  • Support the implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and initiatives.
