Job Description

Job Summary

You will manage customer enquiries through phone, email, and walk-ins, coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to address requests, follow up on defects and maintenance, and ensure timely resolution of complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins to provide accurate information and support
  • Coordinate with project teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to communicate customer requests and provide timely updates
  • Track and follow up on defects rectification, maintenance issues, and service requests to ensure resolution
  • Prepare and maintain detailed customer service records, reports, and documentation for project tracking
  • Schedule appointments, inspections, and handover arrangements with customers to facilitate smooth project progress
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality
  • Provide regular project progress updates to customers as required to keep them informed
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to support ongoing collaboration
  • Support project handover and after-sales service activities to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assist with administrative duties related to customer service operations to support team efficiency
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned to support overall project and customer service functions
