Assist maintenance and BSC team for HDB project defects and rectification works
Liaise with residents and contractors when necessary
Joint inspection with consultants or residents when required
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum a Diploma in Civil Engineering or A Level with 2 subjects passed
Possess WSQ Certificate in Service Excellence would be an advantage
Customer oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in customer relation works and fair construction knowledge would be an advantage
Able to perform extended office hours (REQUIRES TO WORK WHOLE DAY ON SATURDAYS)
At least 1 year of experience in a HDB BTO project
Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin (in order to handle queries and feedbacks from Mandarin-speaking residents/associates in regards with the maintenance matters.)
