Job responsibilities:
Handle all operational matters and work closely with sales team to ensure fulfilment of sales
Generate Sales Order upon completion of sales for City Energy Life, call centre, online orders, dealer channel sales and any other sales channel
Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Arrange and update appointments for walk-in commercial customers, dealer sales channels and liaise with the internal stakeholders team
Maintain adequate support and timely coordination with inter-departmental colleagues
Ensure upkeeping and accuracy of all administrative duties, including managing of online store records, documentation etc
Other showroom related duties assigned by supervisor
Pre-requisites:
Min. O Level
Min. 1 year working experience (preferably in a retail environment) with exposure in operations
PC literate
Organised, meticulous and possess good communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be based at our City Energy Life showroom at Plaza Singapura, 68 Orchard Road, and be rostered on rotating 5-days work week including weekends and public holidays. Salary remuneration comprises monthly salary, monthly fixed allowances and year-end bonus.
