Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, or face-to-face interactions
  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
  • Resolve customer complaints effectively, escalating issues to relevant departments where necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM systems or internal databases
  • Follow up on customer interactions to ensure issues are resolved to satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support, etc.) to deliver seamless service
  • Identify opportunities to improve service processes and customer satisfaction
  • Assist in administrative tasks related to customer service (e.g. processing forms, documentation)

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proven experience in customer service, call centre, or front desk roles preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Customer-oriented mindset with patience and empathy
  • Able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English additional languages
