Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams in the Singapore office to support business activities across the SEA region.
- Maintain regular correspondence with Headquarters to align on service standards and operational updates.
- Oversee office backend operations, including administrative tasks and process improvements, to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
Key requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles within a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills,with ability to manage cross-border interactions.
- Detail-oriented and proactive in handling both client relations and office operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
