Job Description

The role: The Customer Relations Executive performs customer service duties according to the hospital's standards and supervise customer service team.

Job Responsibilities:

.Meet and Assist VIP patients

.Perform ward visitation and maintain records

.Handles complaints and provides service recovery

.Conduct Hospital and maternity tours

.Handle administrative duties such as contract renewals and rosters

.Prepare/conduct roll calls or meetings

.Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD

Job Requirements:

.Diploma or equivalent in any discipline

.Preferably with at least 3 years of customer service experience in service industry

.Bilingual - added advantage

.Pleasant personality with a passion for service excellence

.Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills

.Friendly personality and good listening skills

.Team player with the ability to work independently

Working Hours:

.8.30 am to 6 pm

.5-day work week, maximum 42 hours

.One Saturday a month to support weekends and Public Holidays when necessary
