Job Description

.

Manage customer quality complaints, containment, investigation, and timely resolution.

.

Lead root cause analysis using 8D, 5 Why, Fishbone, and FMEA prepare and present 8D reports to customers.

.

Act as the main technical contact for customer quality issues and support audits/reviews.

.

Investigate SMT and PCB assembly issues, including solder printing, placement, reflow, and common defect types.

.

Work with Process/Production/Quality teams to implement CAPA and drive continuous improvement.

.

Monitor complaint trends, yield, and field failures ensure compliance with IPC, ISO, and customer standards.

.

Mentor junior engineers and support quality improvement initiatives to enhance reliability and satisfaction.
