Job Scope

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage inquiries, requests, and escalations.
Understand and support departments on business values, products, and services.
Conduct review of operational policies and recommend improvements.

Requirement

3-5 years of customer service, client management, or operations experience.
Experience with hands-on customer engagement such as events, enquiry management, and stakeholder management
