Job Description:
Serve as the main point of contact for key customers, building strong relationships and understanding their needs to provide tailored support.
Manage quotations, sales orders, and changes, ensuring accuracy, proper validation of requirements, and timely processing.
Oversee the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery, proactively tracking progress and resolving any issues to meet customer expectations.
Work closely with internal teams and handle escalations, ensuring smooth coordination, quick resolution, and clear communication with customers.
Analyse customer data to identify trends, improve processes and service levels, and ensure compliance with pricing policies and system accuracy.
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with at least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, including key account management in industrial or technical environments.
Strong communication skills with customer-focused mindset, proficient in Microsoft 365, CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), SAP B1, and able to quickly learn new software tools.
