Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main operational contact for strategic customers and build strong relationships
- Manage quotations, sales orders, and complex transactions with accuracy and commercial alignment
- Own the full order lifecycle from enquiry to delivery and after-sales support
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure smooth execution
- Handle escalations and resolve fulfilment issues promptly
- Analyse customer data and buying trends to generate insights and improve account performance
- Drive continuous improvement in processes and ensure compliance with pricing and internal systems (CRM / ERP systems)
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering. .
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles, with Key Account management experience, within industrial, engineering, or technical environments. .
- Possess exposure to Account operational and Order Management scopes.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills and fluency in English. .
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft 365 business applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Power BI), CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), SAP B1.
- Ability to quickly learn business systems and other software platforms as required.
