About Our Client
My client is a life insurance provided by a prominent international bank, the bank dwells into financial services, including banking, investment, and insurance products.
Job Description
- Support the development and execution of the Customer Operating Plan (COP), including forecasting and managing performance against CLCM metrics.
- Lead agile, crossfunctional teams to drive customer campaigns, leadgeneration initiatives aimed at increasing new customers, and implement customer retention efforts.
- Work in partnership with different stakeholders to drive change management across customers and distributors.
- Identify business priorities and propose insightdriven customer acquisition and engagement actions.
The Successful Applicant
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in Insurance business management (e.g. distribution management, performance management, customer management functions)
- Bachelors degree in relevant field
- Understanding of insurance products and distribution models
