Customer IT Support Representative

We are looking for night shift Customer IT Support Representative for call centre environment.

Description

- Assist user with IT enquires via email or phone

- Provide interim reply (by phone call/email)

- Able to draft professional email respond back to user

- Familiar with smart TV operation and handphone application (download application/ install/ uninstall)

- Familiar with internet surfing on the PC

- Basic knowledge of PC & software troubleshooting

Requirements

- Possess basic IT knowledge/ smartphone application knowledge

- Best to have contact centre experience

- Customer Service Skills

- Ability to multitask and handle difficult customers

- Willing to work on weekends and Public Holiday (based on work roster, 2 days work, off 2 days)

- Working hours 8:30pm to 8:30am (permanent night shift)

- Working location at Kaki Bukit office
