Position : Customer Financial Service Representative

Location : Stationed in the FedEx APAC Financial Service Center, Singapore.

Responsibilities :

  • Perform Collection and improve AR performance of APAC customers
  • Engage internal & external customers (Sales, Operations, Dispute Research Team, Customer AP/Logistics/management, etc.) to resolve issues that prevent customer payment performance
  • Following up with customer for payment via phone calls
  • Assisting customer in resolving billing related issues
  • Perform administrative tasks related to credit and collection

Requirements :

  • Diploma or degree holder.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken Korean language as candidate will be covering Korea market. (in order to liaise with the Korean speaking associates)
  • A team player with good customer service skills and results driven.
  • Good planning, organizational, problem solving and communication skills are essential.
  • Position required Korean speaking agent
