• Support and manage customer loyalty and ambassador programs.
• Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate customer engagement activities across global markets.

Requirements:

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar platforms to enhance productivity.
• Training provided, with relevant customer service, marketing, or customer experience background would be an advantage.
