Customer Experience Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vessel operators, and key stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to understand customer requirements and provide effective solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for marine and offshore operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products, services, and technical solutions.
• Support supply chain activities, including procurement coordination, logistics, inventory management, and delivery scheduling.
• Assist customers with operational and technical queries, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Prepare technical reports, service updates, quotations, and customer correspondence.
• Support business development initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Degree in Marine Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, vessel operations, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and procurement processes.
• Ability to interact with clients and manage customer relationships effectively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to travel and conduct client visits when required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting systems.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
