Job Description

Location: iMall (Marine Parade / East)

We're looking for a friendly and organised Customer Engagement Executive to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and supporting daily centre operations in a learning environment.

What You'll Do

  • Be the first point of contact for parents and visitors

  • Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, and messages

  • Support student arrival, waiting and dismissal

  • Assist with enrolment coordination and basic administrative tasks

  • Support teachers with day-to-day centre operations

What We're Looking For

  • Friendly, confident and professional communication skills

  • Organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask

  • Comfortable interacting with parents and young children

  • Able to commit to working on both weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and three weekdays

  • Prior customer service or front desk experience is an advantage

  • Willing to provide front desk support at other branches when operational needs require
