Customer Engagement Associate - Mentorship Provided
Gain experience working with customers while developing your communication skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
Join Novex Organisation's customer-facing sales team and learn how to communicate client offerings clearly. You'll engage potential customers through face-to-face outreach, with coaching to help you improve through experience.
What You'll Be Doing
Start conversations at assigned campaign locations.
Explain client products, services and campaign details accurately.
Listen to customer questions and respond professionally.
Support interested customers through sign-up.
Contribute to individual and team sales objectives.
