Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Act as customers representative. Operate as the lead point of contact for anyand all matters specific to the customers

2. Managing a portfolio of accounts and utilizesaccount management process to identify key customers and to develop specificaction plans to grow identified accounts

3. Identifiespotential options that would be required to meet customer needs and workclosely with Technical Support Team to make those options available tocustomers

4. Identifiespotential opportunities with existing and new customers and update customers onService Valued Added Offering

5. Identifysales opportunities, elaborate proposals and coordinate other processes toensure high level of customer satisfaction to build and maintain strong,long-lasting customer relationships

6. Encouragecustomer growth and loyalty to the company through continuous support andcustomer assistance.

7. Resolvescustomer complaints by investigating problems with internal stakeholdersdevelops, evaluates, and discusses possible solutions internally and makerecommendation to customers.

8. Organize regular Service Reviews withcustomers and Ops team on hot jobs and critical issues.

9. Understandcustomers / Vertical Market Needs and determines pricing and sellingstrategies.

10. Prepares and reviews contract terms andconditions

11. Presents the proposal to the customer.

12. Providesmarketplace feedback, including competitive information, customer expectations,industry trends, etc.

13. Otherrelevant duties as assigned

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 2 years relevant sales experience

2. Knowledge in HVAC system, Chiller Plant, Airside, Energy Services and Building Services will be an added advantage.

3. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret engineering documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.

4. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

5. Driven to delight the customer with options/offerings to meet their needs.

6. Is willing to learn new options/offerings and upgrade their skillset to better serve customers
