Job Description

Our client is a global leader in gateway services, who is seeking to recruit a Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services). This position is based in Singapore.

Customer Care Specialist (Baggage Services)

Responsibilities

You will attend to passengers at arrival claims with mishandled and damaged baggage.

. Raise reports of mishandled and damaged bags, in according to the various airline requirements.

. Trace mishandled baggage and keep passengers informed of the tracing status

. Assist passengers with odd size bags

. Answer hotline calls on baggage matters

Requirements

. Possess 4 GCE N level credits / 3 GCE O level passes or equivalent

. Professionalism, Patience and a People-first attitude

. Comfortable with shift work
