Customer Care Representative / Driver (Class 3)

Looking for a stable, hands-on role in the automotive industry Join our team to support vehicle preparation and operations while gaining valuable exposure to fleet management. Training will be provided for candidates who are willing to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and detail vehicles for new rentals, replacements, and returns with professionalism.

• Perform Fleet Quality Checks (QC) duties to ensure vehicles are clean, safe, and ready for customers.

• Deliver and collect vehicles when required.

• Support ad-hoc detailing and operational duties assigned by the team.

What We're Looking For (Must Have)

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence with ability to drive both manual and auto vehicles.

• Comfortable using desktop systems and mobile apps for work updates.

• Able to communicate in basic conversational English.

• Willing to perform hands-on vehicle checks and operational duties.

• Must be willing to support rotational recovery day shifts and be on midnight standby independently, including weekends and public holidays.

Good to Have

• Experience in the car rental or automotive industry.

• Basic knowledge of different vehicle models.

• Class 4 or 5 licence is an added advantage.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM
Alternate Saturday: 08:30 AM - 12:30 PM
