Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We operate on Mon-Fri, 9am-645pm. Base pay of $2200-$3300 (depending on your qualification)

Fresh Diploma Graduates welcome. Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an outbound call environment. Annual leave entitlement of 14 days.

- Comfortable in conveying conversations to customers in English & Chinese.

- Provide accurate information to customers about products, services, and promotions.

- To conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback calls.

- Must be able to handle high call volumes and manage time effectively.

- An advantage if you possessed General Insurance Certificates ie BCP PGI and CGI.

We do not work on Sat, Sun and Public Holidays and we do have up to 2 company trips per year. Some Team bonding activities include monthly 2-3 hours shopping/sight seeing lunch. Once a month KTV w dinner provided (no alcoholic drinks).

Fast track promotion from Executive to Senior Executive to Assistant Manager. Ranks at Manager, Senior Manager and Associate Director will depend on performance and leadership. Manager role package range from $36,000-$60,000 per year. Senior Manager package range from $60,000 - $90,000 per year. Associate Director package range from $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
