Job Summary

Support order processing and customer service activities to ensure timely delivery and billing accuracy while collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain compliance with company standards.

Responsibilities

• Process and follow up on quotes, orders, RMAs, and warranty claims to ensure timely transaction completion
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve delivery holds and execute TKM kit requests efficiently
• Assist in billing and invoice reconciliation across TPM, FPM, TKM, Spares, and Services to maintain accurate financial records
• Resolve invoice disputes and support accounts receivable follow-ups and delivery coordination to improve cash flow
• Provide proactive updates on high-value orders and expedite parts delivery by collaborating with internal teams
• Monitor past-due, obsolete, and problem parts to minimize delays and inventory issues
• Build system and process knowledge to improve task accuracy and efficiency
• Participate in system testing (RIT/UAT) and assist in resolving basic system issues such as B2B and ASN under guidance
• Follow established compliance procedures and standard POA to contribute to team KPIs and company goals
• Respond professionally and empathetically to customer inquiries to support customer satisfaction
• Assist with MDG customer master setup and entitlement compliance under supervision to ensure data accuracy
