Customer Account Manager (Manufacturing) NKC

Manage key customer accounts, including contracts, quotations and pricing.

Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable manufacturing solutions.

Coordinate product lifecycle activities from prototype to mass production and end-of-life.

Work with operations teams to resolve delivery and quality issues.

Develop new customers and expand business opportunities.

Attend customer visits and trade shows, including overseas travel when required.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports covering revenue and sales pipeline.
