Our client is a world leader in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning) equipment & systems, services & solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for customers, managing all communications and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
- Develop and grow assigned accounts by identifying opportunities, creating proposals, and implementing account-specific action plans.
- Collaborate with the Technical Support Team to design solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Promote service offerings and provide updates on value-added solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Resolve customer issues by coordinating with internal teams, investigating challenges, and recommending effective solutions.
- Conduct regular service reviews with customers and operations teams to address critical issues and align priorities.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to shape pricing strategies and sales approaches.
- Prepare and negotiate contract terms, ensuring alignment with customer and company requirements.
- Present proposals and recommendations to customers in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer expectations to support business strategies.
- Carry out other relevant duties as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in sales or account management.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, Chiller Plants, Airside solutions, Energy Services, or Building Services is an advantage.
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze engineering documents, and respond effectively to complex inquiries or customer concerns.
