Contractor oversight: Supervise contractors during professional repairs.
Project participation: Engage in various projects, including alteration works.
System functionality: Verify the functionality of building systems like irrigation.

REQUIREMENTS:
Work status reporting: Proficient in creating reports to update management on work status.
Experience criteria: Preferably possess a minimum of three years in building maintenance, construction, plumbing, or electrician roles however, it is not obligatory.
Carpentry and repair expertise: Knowledgeable in general carpentry and repair practices.
A&A project management: Experienced in overseeing Alteration and Addition (A&A) projects.
Physical capabilities: Must be physically capable of climbing ladders, bending, or maneuvering in confined spaces.
