Job Summary
Handle the full spectrum of project management by leading and managing site staff to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Drive project success through comprehensive documentation, proactive risk management, and effective coordination.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage site staff to ensure efficient project execution and achievement of project goals
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including detailed project schedules, to support project tracking and communication
- Review project plans and specifications to provide actionable feedback on design, scheduling, and cost-saving opportunities, identifying potential construction issues early
- Conduct regular technical, site, and coordination meetings to align teams and ensure time, cost, and quality targets are met
- Prepare and maintain project deficiency lists to monitor and drive timely project completion according to schedule
- Perform risk management by identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to safeguard project delivery
- Enforce site safety standards rigorously to maintain a safe working environment and compliance with regulations
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma or ITE Certificate in Architecture, Civil Engineering, M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or higher qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field
- Proficiency in Autocad software for project design and review
