My client is a traditional internet company and They are scaling globally and seeking a visionary CTO to lead the technology, AI innovation, and engineering excellence. You will take the technical ownership and strategy for business growth. It is rare opportunity to join the multi-national culture company.

Job Responsibilitys:

• Define and drive the company's technology vision, roadmap, and architecture aligned with business and regulatory needs
• Lead end-to-end product development cycles, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to integrate technology with business, providing robust technical support
• Keep abreast of the latest technology, proactively explore new trends

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including Big Tech or top global product company exposure
• Bachelor's degree or higher from Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields
• Extensive experience in leading, designing, and scaling high-concurrency systems, with a proven track record in handling massive user traffic
• Strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders in all levels (business, product, design, and development), to align with business strategy
• Excellent communication skill, capable of collaborating with regional teams
