Experience
CSA Supervisors to support on-site supervision of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works for construction projects in Singapore.
The role is responsible for day-to-day site supervision, ensuring construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety regulations. Experience in high-tech facilities or industrial projects is an advantage.
Years of Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant site experience in supervising CSA works for construction projects.
Licenses
Candidates shall possess qualifications and licenses in compliance with applicable local regulations and authority requirements.
Others
1. Diploma or certificate in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related disciplines is preferred.
2. Language Requirements: Proficient in both English and Chinese ability to communicate in Taiwanese or an additional language is an advantage.
3. Good understanding of CSA construction practices, drawings, and site coordination.
4. Familiar with Singapore construction site practices and regulatory requirements.
5. Able to work independently on site and effectively supervise subcontractors and workers.
6. Able to communicate effectively with site teams, subcontractors, Clients, and authorities.
7. Willing to work in a site-based and shift-based environment, as required by the project.
Responsibilities
1. Supervise daily CSA construction activities on site, including civil, structural, and architectural works.
2. Ensure site works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and construction schedules.
3. Coordinate with subcontractors to monitor work progress, workmanship quality, and compliance with project requirements.
4. Conduct routine site inspections and identify construction issues, non-conformances, or safety concerns, and report to the site management team.
5. Support implementation of quality and safety requirements on site in coordination with QA/QC and EHS teams.
6. Assist in inspection and handover activities, including coordination with consultants, clients, and relevant stakeholders.
7. Carry out other site supervision duties as assigned by the Construction Manager or Project Engineer.
