Job Overview
We are looking for a seasoned MEP/CSA Project Manager to lead large-scale data center construction projects in Thailand. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with international teams and Chinese counterparts.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies for MEP and CSA scopes.
- Tendering & Procurement: Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and oversee vendor selection for MEP and CSA packages.
- Design Coordination: Collaborate with design teams to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Construction Management: Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal teams, clients, and Chinese counterparts to maintain smooth communication and resolve issues promptly.
- Budget & Cost Control: Track project costs, manage budgets, and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handover & Commissioning: Ensure successful completion and handover of data center projects, meeting all operational requirements.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in construction project management.
- 3+ years of international project experience.
- Successfully completed at least 2 data center projects (planning, construction, handover).
- Proficient in English and Mandarin (Mandarin is essential for collaboration with Chinese teams).
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Open to relocation to Thailand.
