Role Overview

We are looking for a Crypto Ecosystem Access & Opportunities Manager to operate at the center of our crypto network. This role focuses on identifying people, opportunities and capital flows within the crypto ecosystem and connecting them in a structured, high-quality way.

This is not a technical role and not a traditional sales position. It is a role for someone who understands how the crypto ecosystem actually works: who the players are, how opportunities move and where value concentrates.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with crypto-native investors, operators, founders and allocators

Identify and track opportunities emerging within the crypto ecosystem

Maintain a high-quality network of capital and opportunity-driven contacts

Support introductions between relevant ecosystem participants

Prepare concise summaries of opportunities and ecosystem insights

Act as a trusted point of contact within the HESIODE crypto network

Maintain discretion, professionalism and strong judgment at all times

Requirements

Strong understanding of the crypto ecosystem and market participants

Experience operating in crypto as an investor, trader, advisor, founder or connector

Ability to communicate clearly with experienced and capital-aware audiences

High ownership, curiosity and network-oriented mindset

Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Hands-on experience with crypto wallets and exchanges is essential

Compensation

Base Salary: SGD 180,000 260,000 per year (Gross)

Token Allocation: Long-term incentive aligned with ecosystem growth and engagement
