Our client is seeking a proactive, high-energy Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth for a leading digital asset trading firm. This is a pure hunter role focused on expanding institutional relationships, identifying high-value opportunities, and growing their presence across Asia and beyond.
You will play a key role in engaging hedge funds, family offices, corporates, OTC desks, brokers, and high-volume traders, introducing them to our suite of trading solutions including spot, derivatives, structured products and on/off-ramping services.

Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (Hunter Focus)
- Identify, target, and onboard new institutional clients across APAC and global markets.
- Develop a strong pipeline of high-quality prospects in trading, investment, and corporate sectors.
- Drive end-to-end business development from outreach to negotiation and deal closure.
- Expand coverage across key segments such as hedge funds, family offices, asset managers, prop trading firms, miners, and corporates.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Understand client needs and match them with appropriate trading, derivatives, and structured solutions.
- Partner closely with trading, structuring, and product teams to craft bespoke solutions.
- Manage ongoing relationships to deepen wallet share and drive long-term client value.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay current with crypto markets, macro themes, industry trends, liquidity conditions, and regulatory developments.
- Communicate market insights and product capabilities effectively to clients.
- Provide client feedback to internal teams for continuous product and service enhancement.
Execution & Revenue Ownership
- Achieve quarterly revenue and onboarding targets.
- Track metrics, update CRM, and generate reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and results.
- Take full ownership of the sales cycle with a high degree of autonomy.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, Trading Sales, or related client-facing roles in:
- crypto / digital assets
- FX
- derivatives
- brokerage
- fintech
- capital markets
- Strong hunter mentality with proven ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Existing networks across institutional clients (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial, high-growth environment.
- Strong interest in crypto markets and willingness to learn deeply.
- Self-driven and comfortable with revenue targets and KPI ownership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
