We are seeking a Cruise Counter Sales / Consultant to provide professional consultation on cruise products, manage bookings and quotations, and deliver excellent pre- and post-sales service. The role includes promoting cruise lines, assisting customers with itinerary arrangements, and ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction. Training will be provided, and candidates with prior travel or sales experience will have an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in and online customers, providing consultation on cruise and travel products
- Handle bookings, quotations, ticketing, and itinerary arrangements in a timely manner
- Promote and sell designated cruise lines and other related travel products
- Provide excellent pre- and post-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Assist in achieving individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Keen interest in cruises, with willingness to learn and grow in the travel industry
- Prior experience and knowledge in travel, sales, or customer service is an advantage (training will be provided for beginners)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
