THE ROLE

MullenLowe is looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing team in supporting our clients in APAC and EMEA region. Candidate will work report to Technical Director but closely with Account and Project Management team to implement segmentation strategies, design and craft workflows for lead management and life cycle campaigns.

An ideal candidate for this role would be one with hands on experience on Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud and is able to drive business outcomes by leveraging on his/her technical expertise of the platform.

Strong foundation in HTML, CSS and Javascript required as you will also be responsible for developing and maintaining landing pages and emails.

ON ANY GIVEN DAY

Be the platform evangelist for CRM/Marketing Cloud implementation, management, and maintenance

Advance the CRM strategy of our clients by managing both external and internal stakeholders

Working with digital marketing teams to create campaign landing pages and email newsletters

Plan and set up multiple journey and automation to drive different lifecycle campaigns

Test and debug work across different browsers

Oversee the marketing database and segmentation strategy and ensure data quality

Maintain an efficient and structured process to maintain data hygiene within the CRM and

communications infrastructure.

Create reporting dashboards and provide insights on data

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

2 to 3 years of hands-on experience implementing and working on Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud

Experience working with Eloqua an added advantage

Excellent knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture and data model

Proficient understanding of AMPscript, web markup, including HTML, CSS and Javascript

Experience using data visualization tools/platforms for reporting and analytics (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

Able to apply statistical modeling techniques to analyze and interpret patterns from data.

Good communication skills and comfortable in giving presentation.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Relevant Salesforce certifications

Proficient with industry-standard debugging tools such as Chrome Developer Tools, etc.

Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them

Strong understanding and knowledge of CRM and email best practices, innovation, and marketing technologies
