Job Description
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 solutions, ranging from technical customization to business requirement translation.We are looking for a hybrid technical-functional developer who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation. The ideal candidate must possess strong C#/.NET coding skills specifically applied to the CRM SDK (plugins/workflows) while also handling system administration tasks (security, synchronization) and external integrations.
This is not a pure coding role. It requires significant interaction with business stakeholders (translate business requirements) and functional consultants. Strong communication skills are critical.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 solutions, including plugins, workflows, and custom modules.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and collaborate with functional consultants and business users.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform system administration tasks, including security roles, mailbox configuration, and server-side synchronization.
- Manage the full development lifecycle: unit/system testing, bug fixing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of professional experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 development.
Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of C# and .NET development.
CRM Specifics: Hands-on experience with CRM customization, configuration, workflows, plugins, and integrations using the CRM SDK.
Integration Skills: Experience in developing and consuming REST or SOAP web services and APIs.
Administration: Knowledge of Microsoft IIS administration and configuration.
DevOps: Experience with source code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps or TFS.
Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Power Platform: Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
Cloud Infrastructure: Basic knowledge of Azure services.
Methodology: Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall project environments.
Soft Skills: Ability to work independently and strong communication skills for collaborating with business users and functional consultants.
