Job Description
. We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead with strong expertise in application development and CRM solution architecture.
. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM Service/Sales modules, leading development teams, and delivering end-to-end CRM implementations.
. The role requires strong technical capability in plugins, workflows, and server-side customization, along with the ability to guide development teams and collaborate with functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
. Lead the design, development, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, particularly within Service and Sales modules.
. Provide technical leadership to the development team, ensuring best practices in solution design, development, and deployment.
. Design and develop custom plugins, workflows, and server-side components to extend CRM capabilities.
. Deliver at least one end-to-end Service module implementation, including requirement analysis, development, testing, and deployment.
. Collaborate with functional consultants and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
. Review code, maintain development standards, and ensure performance, scalability, and security of CRM solutions.
. Support system integration with external applications and enterprise systems.
. Provide technical troubleshooting and support during development and post-deployment phases.
. Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.
Required Skills & Experience
. 8-10 years of experience in application development.
. Minimum 4 years of experience as a Technical Lead working on Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 projects.
. Strong hands-on experience in plugin development, custom workflows, and server-side logic in Dynamics CRM.
. Proven experience delivering end-to-end implementation of the Service module.
. Experience designing and implementing CRM solutions for Service or Sales modules in a team lead capacity.
. Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture, customization, and configuration.
. Experience with integration patterns, APIs, and external system connectivity.
. Good knowledge of development best practices, version control, and deployment processes.
. Good to Have Experience with React.js development or frontend integration with Dynamics CRM.
. Exposure to Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate).
. Experience in Agile development environments.
. Education Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
