Job Summary
You will support the Fleet Manager by preparing crew change and rotation plans, managing crew documentation, coordinating travel and medical arrangements, and liaising with crew suppliers to ensure smooth crew operations.
Responsibilities
- Prepare crew change and rotation plans for rehirable crew in coordination with the Fleet Manager
- Develop crew line-ups and submit for Fleet Manager approval
- Maintain and update crew personal data and plan crew changes accurately
- Verify validity of crew travel documents, STCW certificates, and licenses to ensure compliance
- Process travel documents, visa applications, air ticketing, and arrange pre-employment medical exams for directly employed crew
- Prepare Seafarers Contracts of Employment in consultation with the Assistant Crewing Manager
- Organize briefing sessions for Masters and Chief Engineers in Singapore
- Liaise effectively with crew suppliers to coordinate crew logistics
- Compile crew Protection & Indemnity (P&I) insurance claims accurately
- Review and verify monthly invoices related to crew management
- Enter and update crew personal data into Personnel Software systems
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Fleet Manager
