Job description
Assess the creditworthiness of APAC counterparties through detailed financial analysis and internal rating assignments, presenting credit files and limit requests to the Credit Risk Committee.
Monitor credit exposures, limits, and risk indicators across a live portfolio of counterparties, responding to Front Office queries on trade exposures and limit availability.
Negotiate credit, collateral, and payment terms in trading agreements - including ISDAs and physical master agreements - in collaboration with Legal and Front Office.
Track credit events and market developments affecting the counterparty portfolio, and escalate material risks appropriately.
Develop credit risk frameworks for new products and markets, and support cross-functional projects across commercial and risk functions.
Analyse major transactions and present materials to senior risk and group-level committees, interfacing with risk methodology teams.
