The Credit Analyst/Manager will support both Cisco and Splunk business in APJC and other regions as required for all credit risk management related activities and credit decisions:including credit analysis, recommendation & approval of credit facilitieswithin defined parameters, support the ongoing implementation of credit policy,mitigating financial risk, pivotal initiatives regarding emerging countries,day-to-day underwriting processes, compliance, and periodic reportingrequirements to senior management
- The role will coordinate and be responsible for Cisco Splunk, Trade and Cisco Capital finance portfolios.
- This position requires an individual that can work with limited or no supervision, and who can take a business plan or initiative and convey it to their team and carry out the objectives
- Reports to Credit Leader the Chief Credit Officer Asia Pacific Japan and Greater China Region.
Required skills/experience:
- Minimum of 5 Plus years experience in credit analysis and risk management (mandatory)
- Strong influence and organizational skills
- Core proficiencies/skills required include quantitative & qualitative analysis, strategic business analysis, and familiarity with financial documents, credit decision systems and tools

- Strong experience in leasing and asset financing is highly preferred due to the nature of the role
