Credit Executive/ Credit Risk Analyst- 8 months contract

Must have banking/ Fintech experience

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit assessments for SME clients, analysing financials, cash flow, leverage, profitability, repayment conduct and overall risk, relevant experience in non-retail/RSME credit processing
• Review lending proposals, including term loans, trade lines, business mortgages and unsecured facilities.
• Assess industry and customer risks and identify early warning indicators.
• Review credit reports, ACRA/CBES information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure credit proposals comply with internal policies, approval authorities and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Relationship Managers to structure facilities within the bank's risk appetite.
• Identify and escalate credit risks, exceptions and policy deviations.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Atleast 1 year of experience in credit assessment, credit underwriting, SME lending or credit risk.
• Strong financial analysis and credit risk assessment skills.
• Familiarity with ACRA, CBES and credit bureau reports.
• Knowledge of Singapore banking regulations, KYC and credit policies.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience with unsecured lending/credit cards is an advantage.
