We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Credit Cooperative Executive to join our team.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing credit operations, supporting members financial needs, and strengthening our cooperative's mission of community development and financial inclusion.

Key Responsibilities

Administer membership applications, lifecycle transactions, deposit placements/renewals, and withdrawals in accordance with internal policies and regularities requirements

Membership data and transactions maintenance

Managing loan applications, approvals and disbursements in line with credit policies

Monitoring loan repayments and support recovery efforts where necessary

Perform daily transaction reconciliation and support operational processes

Serve as a key point of contact for members enquiries, providing timely and accurate information on products and services

Provide professional customer service all members as required

Support and participate in cooperative initiatives, including outreach programmes, campaigns, and member engagement activities

Coordination and administration of board and department meetings

Requirements

ITE/Diploma in a relevant discipline, candidates without experience are welcome to apply.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a member-centric mindset

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
